As the current Volunteer Coordinator for Oswego County Opportunities, Inc. Nutrition Services, I have provided copyediting and re-designed the volunteer manual to be more condensed, streamlined, and image that reflects the new brand that I helped develop for the company. The manual has gone from 33 pages down to 14 pages (28 pages printed, double-sided) to use less paper, and a separate printable file for filling out paperwork needed for HR, background checks, and record keeping that has helped reduce orientation time from 1 hour to 30 minutes.

 

The new manual is now being used by OCO's Residential Department as a reference to update their Employee Training Manual.
